Credits are Talona's single usage unit. Every agent action — LLM tokens consumed, tool calls, MCP integration calls, runtime compute — converts into credits, so a single number tells you how much you've used. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and usage beyond that is billed at the per-1,000-credit overage rate listed on your plan.

On paid plans, additional usage is billed at your plan's overage rate ($0.90 per 1,000 credits on Pro). On Free, agents pause until your monthly quota resets. Included credits reset on your renewal date and don't roll over.

Every paid plan includes the Talona builder, the full MCP integrations catalog, custom skills, real-time chat streaming, agent deployment to Talona Cloud, and observability. Higher tiers add more deployed agents, Telegram and other channels, custom domains, and team sharing — see the comparison above for the per-tier breakdown.

If you're trying out Talona or running a personal agent, start on Free — it covers 1,000 credits per month with one deployed agent. If you're building production agents that handle real conversational volume, Pro covers up to 1,000,000 credits per month, runs up to five agents, and unlocks Telegram, a custom domain, and team sharing. For unlimited agents, SSO, on-prem, or a Data Processing Agreement, talk to us about Enterprise.
